Single sessions, along with my two signature series — Foundations Sprint™ for quick impact and Behavioral Blueprint™ for gradual, lasting transformation — are designed for those ready to take charge of their well-being but at a pace that aligns with your life. You steer the process, determining what’s achievable alongside your daily commitments. Drawing from your personal health and wellness assessment, along with insights gathered during your wellness discovery phase, we'll work together to craft a vision that aligns with your unique health and wellness aspirations, whether you choose the faster pace of the Foundations Sprint™ or the gradual integration of the Behavioral Blueprint™. Together, we can navigate your journey step-by-step, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. Single sessions are available and last 45 minutes each. These are perfect introductions for anyone curious about health and wellness coaching, offering an incremental start to your experience in working with a coach. Together, we will begin with a health and wellness assessment and establish a vision for what you hope to achieve. Beyond the initial session, we can determine a cadence to meet again that fits your budget and aligns realistically with your goals. 

FOUNDATIONS SPRINT™

Start your coaching experience with the 3-month Foundations Sprint series. This series is available for individuals coming into coaching with an idea of where they want their coaching experience to go. This series moves at a quicker pace as we dive straight into your intended areas of focus. This pace is perfect for making an immediate impact that is seen and felt. Sessions are recommended weekly, and it takes 3-4 months to complete the series.

Behavioral Blueprint™

Join our 6-month Behavioral Blueprint series for a gradual integration of the coaching experience. We can thoroughly explore behavioral change theory and gather input as we go. The extended timeframe is also ideal for healthy and gradual body composition adjustments, whether your goal is to see physical strength gains or to lose body weight. The gift of more time also allows for reflection, trial, and adjustments without feeling rushed. Sessions are recommended weekly, with 6-8 months to complete the series.

While many people know what they should do to achieve better health, making behavior changes can be challenging. I utilize frameworks such as the Transtheoretical Model, Self-Determination Theory, Theory of Planned Behavior, and Social-Cognitive Theory to assess your current stage in the process and implement the most effective strategies for change.

Incorporating motivational interviewing, I create a supportive space where you explore and resolve mixed feelings, discover your intrinsic motivation, and build confidence in making lasting changes. With over 20 years of experience in human-centered design, I ensure your wellness plan is uniquely crafted to suit your needs, values, and lifestyle, making it both achievable and sustainable.

  • My journey to becoming a health and wellness coach took a non-traditional path. With a background in creative strategy and design thinking, I used my own experiences to prioritize the well-being of myself and the teams I led. I realized that to achieve our goals, we needed to consider our overall health as a team. This was especially important while managing an international creative team during the pandemic.

    My leadership roles have influenced my coaching style. Dealing with my own health and wellness challenges motivated me to find healthier ways of living, allowing me to be the best father, husband, and leader I could be. This background has shaped my approach to wellness, using creativity and strategic problem-solving techniques.

  • During the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, I adapted my leadership style to support my team, which was spread across three countries, with some members isolated and living alone. This period led me to focus on health and wellness, recognizing the importance of supporting my team’s well-being in such challenging times. While my 20+ years in leadership and executive communication provided a solid foundation, my curiosity about health optimization, mindset, and motivation pushed me to pursue wellness training.

    In the summer of 2024, while vacationing with my family in Southern California, I began formal certification with the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA), passing the exam with a 99%.

    With over two decades of experience in creative leadership, I now bring that same empathy and insight to coaching. My personal journey through chronic pain, depression, and dependency has deepened my understanding of whole-person wellness. As a certified health and wellness coach, I help individuals design lives that align with their core values and promote sustainable, lasting change.

I offer both short-term programs, like the 3-month Foundations Sprint™, and longer-term options, like the 6-month Behavioral Blueprint™, to meet you where you are. Additionally, I provide single-session check-ins for guidance, offering intermittent support toward short-term goals. This approach is also beneficial during the sustain phase of your coaching experience, especially for those who have already successfully completed the three and six-month programs.

  • Each session is tailored to your goals and needs, focusing on areas like fitness, nutrition, stress management, and mindset. Together, we create an actionable plan to help you move toward lasting change. Sessions are typically conducted virtually via video calls or phone calls and last 45 minutes, with meetings occurring once a week. However, depending on your specific needs and the goals we set together, more frequent sessions can also be arranged.
